Larson Helicopter Operations is dedicated to offering the absolute lowest and most economical price possible to meet the clients need for affordable helicopter service and keeping our operating costs as minimal as possible.

We strive to achieve this goal by providing one of the most economical, safe, and successful helicopters ever built, the Hiller UH12C , and by minimizing our overhead costs. In addition, we are located in the Columbia River Gorge which provides for year around flight so that the motivated student can build their flight hours as quickly as possible or the sightseer can enjoy a nice scenic flight whenever they are in the area. Our location allows for access to a variety of airports and control airspace flight patterns, as well as a variety of open space flights over suburban and rural areas including agricultural lands, vast grasslands, rolling foothills, mountains, and river canyons.

We provide a variety of services which include: Tours or Scenic Flights, Private Pilot certification, Commercial Pilot certification, Certified Flight Instructor training, Time building (instruction), aerial photography, surveying (including some GPS / GIS map making capabilities), crop drying, field drying, Sky Diving, bird chasing, power line/pipeline/railroad patrol, animal herding, search, predator control, and frost abatement.

Helicopters can be and are used for more services than most people realize and with our economical rates, it makes the possibilities even more. It is our goal to make helicopter services a more realistic option for more companies to utilize and for people to enjoy.  We strive to make our services available to as much clientele as possible and hopefully grow our fleet to accommodate all requests.
