Time Building

Our goal is to offer the absolute lowest price for time building as possible.

• We will tentatively reserve the dates for you. Once we receive verification of the payment (credit card transaction verification, check clearing, etc. we will then send a confirmation of the reservation. (When you select a date, also designate the specific times you would like.)
  1. Initial reservations ARE tentative – if in cases where there are multiple requests made for the same time frame, selection will be based on payment confirmation. The next available time frame will be offered if a requested time frame is already reserved.
  2. The dates and times are subject to change without notice by Larson Helicopter Operations, LLC due to events outside of our control. We will do our best to meet the committed time but if we are not able to meet it, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
  3. If the lost event is due to our negligence, we will reschedule the lost time at a mutually agreed upon time.
  4. If you book time at the regular rate and you need to or want to quite your training you will receive a full refund of the remaining amount.
  5. If the reservations are canceled by the student, the following refund schedule applies:
     1. 100% refund with 60 day plus notice
     2. 90% refund for 30-60 day notice
     3. 50% refund for 30 to 15 day notice
     4. 14 days or less, no refund.
  6. If your originally scheduled time becomes unavailable due to an unforeseen commercial need then you will be rescheduled or compensated in an agreed upon manner.
  7. If you request Larson Helicopter Operations to provide the helicopter at an airport that is most convenient for you, you will be responsible for flight and travel time expenses plus living expenses for the instructor if necessary, for the duration of the time reserved and the return time to our home base. The travel details will be worked out for each specific reservation request.
